We don't have enough refining capacity. The ones we do have are old.
Just like if we could all buy an electric vehicle tomorrow there's not enough grid capacity to charge em all.
Energy independence should be a matter of national security but, when the government is too busy trying to figure out the new so called sexes, we're doomed.

Hearing on local news about people drilling into gas tanks forcing owner to get new tanks. Anybody have any tips they will turn to, other than lock caps or put in garage?

Now we can discus energy independence, but that is a separate issue from cost of fuel at the pump.

Somewhat true. However, notice the difference in prices from Obama to Trump to Biden. I would love to see a graph of gas prices while each party is in office.

All he has done from day one is bow down to the Marxist left with his green energy push.
