I earlier was predicting $6-$7 a gallon this summer. It may be more like $9-$10.

I remember when the Obama/Biden bumper stickers disappeared early in the second term. What few of Biden's I saw have already disappeared.

Fuel consumption will go down due to the cost. The economy is coming to a screeching halt once people stop traveling and the cost of food continues to rise.
9When I retired at the beginning of the year I was worried about the huge drop in income but, so far I don't really miss it other than I can't just buy a lot of things that catch my attention.
I was driving 70 miles one way for the last 2 years I worked in an old truck that got about 14mpg. I was able to quit at just the right time in that regard.
Those of us on here that try to be more self reliant are in decent shape to weather the coming storm as long as it isn't a catagory 6. The government is going to have way bigger problems than worrying about us.
It sucks beyond belief what these morons are doing to our way of life. All they had to do for 4 years was nothing and look like heroes. It's intentional!

I can hear the words forming in joe’s mouth already… we must increase the Federal minimum wage…. It takes two weeks take home pay to fill the tank of there car just so the can go to work… This is why I am pushing for the minimum wage to be set at……….. wait for it ……………$33.25 an hr so they can fill there gas tank and buy a dozen eggs, a gallon of milk with that two weeks take home pay and every other pay period they might be able to buy a loaf of bread too.
