I remember driving home from Ft. Riley Kansas the day of the 911 attacks. I watched it on TV at the base hospital and you could have heard a pin drop. My son who I had taken for PT from knee injury/surgery, heard a code on the intercom. He said y'all get gone right now, they are locking down the base. 15 minutes later they were dragging concrete barriers across the gates. And Bradley fighting vehicles were sitting there armed up.
Gas was $7.00 a gallon in Missouri on the way home.
Anything can happen. I'm glad I live next door to @barney who has plenty of food laid by.

Paid 2.82 on 90 at 5 star west of burkesville this morning. 2.99 in Indiana, same when I got to Michigan this evening. I expected it to be much higher in Michigan but hearing now it’s only certain areas that pipeline supplies ‍♂️

Cyberattack...LOL. It supposed to be Russians doing it. Right. Who could ever believe one word from these sick, SOBs? Maybe it was Russian Keebler Elves doing it? Or perhaps Bigfoot?

  7. So, you can hack a pipeline but you can’t hack a voting machine? Makes sense.

I'm thinking Kroger screwed up yesterday. Still $2.69-$2.79 everywhere else in BG this morning. I think they get prices from corporate. They may have sent a wrong update or something.

I doubt it. In fact, I see a fast escalation into a stock market crash and extremely high prices on everything. Corn is 10 a bushel so good luck feeding deer this year. I think it’s getting bad and soon.

Just drove by Kroger and their price is back to $2.79. Somebody made a mistake yesterday. $10 a bushel for corn? Dang.
