1-3 ears of honey select in microwave for 4 mins. Cut the big end off upon the shuck a lil bit. Start at small end squeezing it like u trying to squeeze last drop of toothpaste out. It will pop out silk free; butter and salt. Lord have mercy!

To get juice to can these.
Once I had juice, I scalded and peeled the pastes.
This first round we ended up with 5 1/2 gallons of juice, and 6 1/2 gallons of whole maters.
It’s just hard to beat good tomatoes

I expect Barneys home grown oysters will be forthcoming pretty soon. There are a lot mushrooms around now, wild, but its pretty critical to know what you are looking at. I found some I could not ID and my expert friends could not ID , so I did not eat them. But there will be plenty coming in the woods soon I expect.
