Give your party leader a call, he can tell you exactly what has been taken out of the area. I would try to help, but i dont hunt 44, i just will not deal with the mountains anymore. Im a flatlander, i guess. And it is steep out there.

I hunted 45 this past weekend and saw a very respectable buck on the ground by someones truck as I was driving out. The truck was parked just before the road goes down hill to 45 so I assume it was taken out of 44.

Is there a fence on the edge of 10,11,12,14a etc? How is the property line marked?

area 10 -11 are divided by otter creek and road frontage by hwy 60 area 12-14 are divided by dry creek bed if i'm not mistaken . 12-14 also border private property on the west side i believe area 12 also has road frontage by hwy 60 .

If you are asking are all the areas clearly marked the answer is no. However, with a little map recon there is usually something that defines the lines creek, ridge, road, etc. Good luck

Thanks for the replies. I should have been more clear. Is the line between these areas and the private property bordering each of them fenced, or marked?

Generally the areas bordering private property have a fence and or signs posted ... you won't have any trouble get out there and enjoy yourself.. goodluck.

Got area 1 for next weekend. Scouted last Monday and found some really good sign including 2 scrapes that were made that afternoon just after the rain and well over 100 rubs. High hopes! Good luck to all!

Thanks for that info. I have been looking for info on 10,11,12,14a restrictions i.e. who can hunt there, what they can use to hunt with, when those areas are open. I looked on the site but it doesn't get that specific.
