How about you guys figure out how many cans you want, what granulation, 2f, 3f etc, and we get together and order a case, 25#. Or if we have enough I can order 2 cases, #50, the limit the law allows. If three or 4 of us split a case, and the hazmat charge, it wont hurt nearly as bad. If I get stuck with it, no problem. We proabably need to act sooner than later, as a lot of distributors are showing it in stock right now, and some are waiving the hazmat charges. Just thought I would offer to do this for you guys. I can always use 3-4 cans extra.

I bought my first muzzleloader this past season and used pyrodex pellets because it was all I could find last minute. Never again unless I have no choice. I’d like to switch to Blackhorn 209 but it’s so expensive so I’m debating on using IMR White Hots. They’re on sale right now on muzzle-loaders.com

How many shots you gonna take in one season? A jug of BH209 is 35-40 shots depending on load.
Once you get a load figured out you're done other than shooting at deer.

As many as it takes. Lol Probably not very many besides shooting to line it in. But still yet, $80 for a jug of powder is a lot to break off at once when you’re poor.

I have shot Blackthorn 209 loose powder for several years now and its my go to for muzzleloader. I find it burns clean as well as easy cleaning. I shoot 100 gr. of measured powder in their tubes and do not use the scale weight. Shooting Barnes 245 gr Expander Spitfire MZ 50 cal. bullets, this combo has been the best combo for my T/C Bone collector over the years.

I shoot BH in my modern MLs,. just for hunting, one shot to check zero and then usually one or two on deer. I have 2 Identical TC Omegas set up with Nikon Inline 300 BDC scopes. I have taken 20+ deer here in KY and several mule deer out west with these rifles. Closest shot was 140 yds on a buck, longest was 280 yds, none took more than 2 steps, never recovered a bullet, using 100 grs measured BH and a Crush rib sabot/Ballistic tip 300gr Jacketed, both sabot and slug by Harvester brand ML components. I shot a huge buck, just a big 4x4 with about 20" spread, at 180 yds, facing me, shot him in the chest, destroyed the vital and exited out the right ham, leaving a 1.5 " wound channel. DRT.

I still like BP in all my hammer guns though.

I do need some but hate to have someone else foot the bill and then go through PayPal or whatever. I appreciate the offer though, I’ll just keep my eyes peeled for some in person.
