Do you remember when Walmart was the only retailer around that would take anything back, anytime at all even without a receipt? That’s one of the reasons they climbed their way to the top, can’t ever have too much emphasis on serving the customer.

Agreed on needing excellent customer service but I know without a doubt contractors only deal with Karen’s out of necessity, so the price goes up or they take other work. This is true from the little fish to the guys at the top.

Should be done next week. Furniture still has to be moved to living room and from garage to kitchen. And another coat of paint

I had never heard of it until 6 months or so ago....then all of the sudden it's everywhere like everyone has been using it for 20 years. I figured it got started on tik tok or something, I didn't know. Your Chad/Brad example is the first time I've ever seen that.....pop culture is overrated .
