I don’t like anybody that doesn’t have the same address as me in my house at all, I’ll take off work and lock up the rest of the house till they are done.

I usually have to touch up my ceiling when I move my mounts, I have them all as high as possible to clear the book cases, furniture etc.

Windows and electrician for my new property and chimney repairs on my home next week, taking the whole week off to supervise/ get other projects done.

Well the contractor is obviously pissed now. He asked for my deductible and I reminded him he told me it would be covered. Then he says "I'm off work now. Bye." He had no problem texting me before at 10:00 pm...on his own...not replying to me.

Sink is hooked up but dishwasher vent is now blocked off with a cap. I asked him about it and sent a picture. He says "I don't see a vent". Well, no shit. That's why I am asking. Does a dishwasher have to have a vent by sink?

I met his boss, the owner of the company, one time. I plan to call both of them and insurance guy for a meeting. His unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.

We do water damage restoration(should’ve called us!) but if our supervisor spoke to a customer like that he would be fired. Accidents happen and we fix them that’s why we’ve been in business over a century and have 4.8 stars on google with 800 reviews. are you referring to an “air gap?” You don’t need one. The waste line just needs to loop within the sink cabinet up high.
