    That's really it if you're truly wanting to get the muck and sediment out. It's amazing how fast ponds fill in from the buildup...

    As an environmental reclamation expert I could help. I’d have to verify 9lb bass resident though. Seriously, your friend could probably do it just fine. If you are in decent ground. Of course he could pull a rock and drain pond like a plug.

    You got that right! Nothing grow in that for long time and then it needs a lot of fertilizer

    Yessir. The muck removed from our ponds was virtually worthless by the time it was all said an done. It flowed like lava down a hill into a shallow holler and sits there today. Unusable.
