Well had this pic I took of my lab Hoyt and wanted to get it printed on canvas. I think it turned out pretty good.

The pic is one I took and edited. Ordered the canvas from easycanvasprints.com. They are running 65% off right now. What would have been a 90+ dollar print I got for 39.

Great looking shot. I have a account with Miller's, which I do all my ordering through. They are a little higher than others, but I've never had an image damaged in the slightest little bit and I can order it before 5 p.m. on one day and it will be at my door the next day.

That's cool. I'm not a professional though I have considered trying to start selling a few prints for some extra cash. This one took about two weeks to get but for a 16x20 canvas for 39 bucks ain't bad.

No, that is a good price. I'd have to look at my price list to see what it cost at Millers. I know I ordered two 20x30 on double weight matboard the other day and they ran me $101 I think. Again, they are a little higher, but it's overnight shipping, which is what I like.

As for being a professional, I don't know if you meant me or not. If so, I don't claim to be a professional photographer, and to be honest, a lot of people who do, are kidding themselves. I know just about every body who goes out and gets them a digital camera and goes to taking pictures call their self a professional, and to be honest, I don't know what makes one a professional.

I've got a close friend who travels all over the world doing weddings. I would consider him a professional as 100 percent of his income is from photography. As to someone out here with a digital camera shooting pictures a few times a month. They are not a professional.

I've got a website at www.sportsshooterimages.com but again, I don' t have the word professional on it anywhere as again, I don't consider myself to be one. I'm an avid hobbyist I would say. I don't do "traditional" photography like most people and recently changed the name to reflect I don't do traditional photography, but rather sports oriented images and a few other things.

My post about not being a professional was due to looking at the place you had posted and it saying for professional photographers so didn't think it would work for me. But I may in the future as I would like to get started into possibly selling a few prints here and there but haven't figured out exactly how I would like to do it yet. Don't know if having a website that people could look at some of my pictures and order prints would be the best route. Just trying to find a way to do something I enjoy and possibly get a little money back to cover my hobby. Doing photo shoots or covering weddings would most definitely not be my thing. Though I wouldn't mind doing some pet photography every once in a while.
