Well yesterday was a bust for me not a deer all day back in the blind here in owsley the wind is really blowing hard up on the ridges hate to be in a stand up there this is going to be the morning a shooter walks in I hope lol good luck guys

Hunting the field behind the house from the deck this morning. Didnt see squat out at the farm yesterday and the weather's gonna be awful todsy. Hoping something walks thru between the squall lines....
Seen a good buck yesterday morning at 845,that was easing through the wood line. I had no shot on him,only deer I saw all day. Taking today off,too windy.... Good Luck and be safe,watch out for the trees breaking.
I'm out but only for a short hunt, if it wasnt for having only a couple hrs I would have went somewhere else but this spot is a short walk. I'm in a blind watching a big field.
Im down behind the house this morning where the wind isn't bad but the cell signal sucks. Have heard 5 ash trees fall so far this morning. Man thats a eerie sound. Luckily there aren’t any ash trees near this spot. I’m looking out front and to my right an open hill side and to my left is a timbered creek. I can see about 60 yards worth of the creek bottom so hopefully if they are following the creek they will be moving slow.
Wind seams to have died down during this spell of rain but the rain feels like it will be here a while. I dont have enough signal to get may radar to play. Have only heard 1 shot but that doesn't surprise me the way the wind has been. Still haven't seen the first animal. Oh theres the wind agin, yippee.

My first animal sighting today in this crazy wind is 8 turkey’s. I knew it would be tuff today but this is slower than I had imagined. Just heard two shots, at least there moving somewhere.
Congrats turkeyhunter!!! On my way in I came up on 7 point on lockdown. It doesn't look like this wind is going to die down until after dark. Not sure what I will do this evening.
