The FDA is working to stop the misuse of antibiotics so that antibiotics actually work when needed. It’s that simple. You guys want to make everything into “they” are out to get us, which is nonsense.
You should be a press secretary for the democrats. You prove what I said was 100% true. I’ll repeat it…No matter the topic, you will ALWAYS come to their defense. You don’t have the willpower or mindset to be an independent thinker. You are the government’s ultimate goal for its citizenry….Someone that walks lockstep with them and knows to not question anything they say. Congrats for being so progressive.

Look, I didn’t write the new regulations and I don’t work for the FDA. Prevention of antibiotic resistance is not a political issue. Perhaps we could just eliminate the FDA, EPA, CDC, CIA, FBI, DNR, etc, etc and just trust everyone to “do the right thing” to see how that works out for you. But if your livestock is going into my next bacon cheeseburger, I would rather have some regulations, and so would you.

It's nonsense to ignore the obvious. Global Marxism is real and is here in our government.

Simple solution, quit eating beef, pork, chickens, turkeys, lamb and most produce then you won't be eating bad meds and chemicals.
You have the option to buy and eat organic foods. Even though I don't trust the organic labels as being truly organic grown.

...and just wait until a disease spreads nation wide consisting of something that could have and should have been stopped at the farm where it started. Instead, the farmer takes the herd to auction and they go all over an area spreading a bug that could've been nipped in the bud because he couldn't afford to have a vet treat them all or just decides to cut his losses and sell out.

I totally understand about antibiotic resistance and all that. I don't see farmers spending money to over treat their stock that they are heavily vested in, both long and short term. I don't get the argument that farmers are gonna spend even more to do what they already know is not in their best interest now or long term. This is just another power grab by big bro. They don't trust you or me but how many cows have any of them ever raised?
