Yeah I’ve heard all of the evidence , nothing is being done , I realize and know they own the feds and law is t fair for both sides , That’s a no brainer , But to me if I got chit on you and you screwed me im in your face and your gonna pay , and every one’s gonna know what your like no questions asked That’s my opinion no education needed , when it’s a fact … I’m sure he knows he don’t have the backing far as the law goes , the man is t stupid , but if you have with out a doubt proof the law or anyone else doesn’t have a choice but to show it , not saying he don’t have it or does , it just gets tiresome hearing and nothing done , far as the house raid goes that’s all BS and with out a doubt they was looking for something , but not documents

Someone on here said GoldblessKY stole state equipment from the back of a state highway truck. Now going by what you just said, GodblessKy HAS to PROVE he is innocent. The FACT that you will not do it PROVES you are guilty.

Assuming I retired from the state transportation dept and I took a bunch of equipment home: If some one leaked to authorities that I stole the equipment and you found the equipment in my barn and it could be traced to where it was missing and the state repeatedly asked me to allow them to come over and to assess and evaluate the equipment and I kept refusing to allow them access to my barn until they got a warrant and when they did come and found the equipment I said I had the right to have the equipment because I worked for the state and I dont have to cooperate or be accountable. Kind of a hard analogy, but you get the point.
Trump says that he declassified the documents the Judge asked him to prove it and when. Trump is not willing to say that he did so to the courts because he will need to prove that he did and when and he cannot, so he is stalling the courts as long as possible which is typically a sign that you are guilty. That has been the thing with him this whole time, he talks all kinds of BS but is not willing to do it under oath or sign an affidavit.
Yes, he does have to prove his innocence. Shouldn't be a problem for any one but with Trump it has to drag out a thousand times longer because that is what he does. He blames all the government agencies for going after him and begs for money and more time and says he is the victim because he is trying to look after his followers and drain the swamp but he cant do it because everyone is after him blah blah blah and the cycle continues...

Trump GAVE the items to the people MONTHS before and they RETURNED them to Trump's home.

Under the US Constitution Trump does NOT have to prove anything, the GOVT HAS TO.
Under your Banana Republic Trump has to prove his innocence.
