Thanks guys . I am really lucky that things did not go worse. I think the reason I wound up under my ATV was where the cord from the pump to the battery was wrapped around my leg. I am sore all over and across my chest from pushing and tugging but the devil did not get me.

Very glad to hear this did not turn out worse. Do yourself a favor and get checked out either at a walk in clinic today or your Primary Care Dr tomorrow. With a cord slowing blood flow to your leg for a couple hours a clot could have formed in your leg that later on could break free and end up somewhere more important. A small copay is worth the extra piece of mind.

The common thing in most of these mishaps, is we are hauling Weight in the bed of UTV or on the back of ATV. This raised the center of gravity and makes them turn over much easier. We are figuring that out the hard way it seems.

Glad you are alright, sounds like a heck of an ordeal. Those 4wheelers kill alot of people. Is there any wprry about clots or anything with the circulation dead in your leg for so long? May be worth checking out just to get a clean bill

Glad to hear you're ok. I had an atv flip over forward going down a hill in 2001. Broke about everything from the waist up. If it didn't break, it relocated it. Happens fast and we are getting older and slower. Take care and hope you heal up good. May want to heed the advice from earlier and get that leg looked at.

Very true statement. These type accidents kill more people every year than we will ever know about.

    Again, OP, glad you're ok!

A friend of mine flipped his four wheeler and the brake handle punctured him just below his collar bone and went all the way in. The wound looked like a vagina that had been ripped open. Very nasty for sure.
