I wonder if there is a forum thread out there somewhere where folks on disability and food stamps gripe about the farmers burning tax free fuel in their million dollar tractors ? 🤣🤣🤣😜

Guy I help some has been dealing with getting fuel tax exempt no. Won’t bring no fuel until u got no. He had call Frankfort
I bet Harold was bringing his Diesel.
I think he used His own number to bring it to everyone in this end of county. It took 2 or 3 weeks to get my number mailed to me. They wouldn't answer the phone number...tried numerous times and recording said they weren't taking calls.

Funny but Apples and oranges, tax free fuel is legal for off road and on the farm only. Fuel taxes are specifically earmarked for road maintenance. We use it for equipment at work that stays in our yard, and not plated for the road.

I don't know what the big deal is about farm diesel. It has a dye in it and new road trucks that has the diesel used in them will void the warranty. I would not see new truck owners using farm diesel because of the warranty but in trucks with no warranty, who knows.

I can remember back when they tested all our diesel pickup trucks at the Fair and Expo center gate with dip wicks for the farm machinery show lol. That was damn entrapment lol
