Checking in on the last day before the orange army rolls in. First all day sit of the year. Several years actually. In the blind until the rain stops and the wind shifts around noon, then moving to a pinch point stand about 300 yards away.

Waiting on the weather to clear out. Hope I can get across the creek. The massive rain Monday night kept me out until Wednesday afternoon, won't take much rain to raise it again.

Waiting as well but will be out by noon. Sure hate the orange army invasion. Yesterday found out the neighbor on other side of my farm has LEASED his 90 acs.. Only him and his son hunted it before. NOW 6 guys from New York has leased 90 acs for 4 GRAND. Yesterday the YANKS where in there walking property putting up ladder stands. One put a ladder 20 feet off my back fence. My house stand is 150 yards below it facing him. So hope he don't mind the blast of my rifle.
More and more every year make me HATE GUN SEASON more. Now leased farms all the way around me. New York left side and rear. Michigan 7 on 128 on right side and 7 state hunters right and rear on 112 acs. Not even safe being out there anymore. One thing for sure. If its BROWN ITS DOWN TO THESE GUYS.

Going in after rain stops, hopefully be a good mid day hunt, hate to see gun season roll in after having the woods to yourself for a while, is what it is
