I am watching on TV, Biden ready to sign his E.O on new gun control legislation. What he is doing is violating his Oath-Of-Office by trying to alter or change an amendment for which he took an oath to protect. He should be impeached!!
I'd like to think that the SCOTUS would rule on the gun owners side, but as we've seen in recent rulings that isn't always the case. I think there's some weak kneed and wishy-washy individuals on the conservative side. Time will tell.
The Supreme Court????? What do they do anyway? Play the game of "Glue" all day or other board games??
My point is, If you bought a legal AR pistol with a stupid brace because it was legal, and they just made braced pistols illegal, put a stock on it (still illegal) and shoulder it. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED and FUC/ Joe Biden.
If the SC fails to protect what is surely some upcoming challenges...I think a message has been sent.
This action Biden taken today is the tip of the sword on all gun owners. It will get buried deep in us soon with more exec orders.
They can make all the laws ban what ever they want it changes NOTHING!!!! last I heard iT was illegal to buy /use drugs but it sure doesn't stop the ones wants them now does it , what? Its the killing part that they want guns banned..... Well people die everyday in plans/trains/and automobiles are they gonna ban them

The SCOTUS will only rule IF they decide to hear the case where someone sued. In the election of 2020, they REFUSED to hear any of them.
Also, they are allowing known Criminals & Drug Dealers into our "Open border". THEN Biden uses E.O's used against law abiding gun owners, and those who supported Trump. This is NOT the U.S.A I grew-up in.
Hasn't been for quite some time. And, it never will be again. As a nation we're heading towards our demise. The only unknown is the time line.
IMO It will be easier for them to take arms from Legal owners rather than Criminal owners. Take Journette for instance...he will be more than happy to surrender any gun he owns as long as he can go to the local armory to check out a shotgun, hunt and return it.
