These are heavy duty (not the square one) 2 of them 16 foot each, they where blocking entrance of golf course and no longer needed as owner has moved in to the house up front.. All you need is 2 post to set them on. $150 20210422_184757~2.jpg

No, the open end you see in picture is the bottom that sits down over a post that needs be concrete in the ground it takes at least 2 men to lift one up and sit over the post..... You could weld hinges on if that's what you need

So, then another post concreted in at the small end to keep it in position? Is that how it works?

2 post concrete in 32 feet apart, more or less. These are pivot post. The gates have caps on top to sit on top of pivot post, gates meet in middle and locked by chain .....

But you can use only one, right? If you put something over there to chain it too. I'd rather have 2 16 footers ( for 2 entrances) instead of one 32.

The gates didn't have a place on them ! . .how we knew it happened they had to come back to do insurance report ......... $150. Or trade on some kind of gun
