I noticed a Buck chasing a Doe this past Thursday, out in my backfield.
Saw 3 small bucks 2 does and 3 lil ones in the afternoon. Didn't hunt the morning.

Back at it. Not hunting this evening although it may be better with the pending rain overnight.

Yep windy here too and a lot warmer than yesterday.
I'm in the blind and settled. Hunting a quiet ravine with a brook bed at the bottom. Wind is blowing over top but quiet and calm in here. Hoping it works in my favor. Just started raining as soon as I got in. Good luck and stay safe.

Saturday seen three, doe by herself and a big doe with fawn.
Her fawn was tiny for this time of year,looked almost newborn.
Buddies hunting with me on farm seen a bunch of does and three small bucks.
Heard maybe 8-10 shots way off all day.

Just settled in Jefferson in a stand with a clearing upwind of me in the middle of a bedding area with a good mix of red and white oaks in sight. Slight breeze here with rain coming in @ 10:00.
There was a frost on my truck this morning my temp on my truck showed 32 here this morning it was 29 yesterday morning here.
We had it windy yesterday afternoon now just as I get in this morning it starts pouring down rain. Wish I would’ve stayed in bed.
Last night was great, 4 bucks and 8 does. Moved pretty early.
This morning is definitely warmer saw several nice bucks in the headlights on the drive this morning.
