This is how I post pics. Hope this helps.
    I use this app
    20190704_045339.jpg
Open the app and click select photos
    20190704_045744.jpg
Select the pic you want to edit
    20190704_045823-432x888.jpg
    Select this button to shrink
    20190704_045922.jpg
I usually shrink 40-50% to be safe
    20190704_050643.jpg
I rename the file so I don't lose original
    20190704_045958.jpg
    Then upload on here
    20190704_045307.jpg
This is step by step. Do it a couple times and it's really simple to do quickly.

if i keep asking this question. i think i been asking this since i joined, off an on. i had a program on my windows XP that was free. free photo resizer by FastStone. now i am using Lubuntu linux. my memory sometimes evades me, always has. then it comes up.
i still have memory of when i was 4 or younger that crop up, now i'm 60 of so years older.[i know how old i am, just dont know how old the memory's are and no one left to tell me]...confirm.. my siblings are younger that me, cept for a couple of half-sisters, an their memory is worst than mine. haha, but true. my short term memory is shot, since the strokes, my long term memory keeps coming back, after a stroke. one time after a major stroke i couldn't remember how to use my snap-on tools. [whats a wrench], my niece taught me how to tie my shoes, as i taught her before.[we are the only ones that tie our shoes the same way].
best get off this post for i tell ya much more.

i am using my PC, i just want to know, how many MBs, or KBs, can you use direct. i am using linux, an havent quite figured out how it works. its only been since 2016, guess i am a slow study. i had windows XP before this, since 2002, 98 before that.
those were the days, my friend., now it is messed up, in some way. seems it was more learning, and less controlled, back then.
trolled being the keyword. controlled. i never went past XP. i still got it on my windows drive. sloooww, as it is, it still makes more since than anything windows makes now, up to windows 10 these days. an no surfing the web. you are just allowed to find, what they want you to find. maybe there is a block, or so, that is in Washington, state., under controll, that explain things to me. i dont understand. i'm sure they will, if i dont get beat up, in the process. you have to follow this program, or else. snookered, by learning from higher education. sorry, i went off on a tangent. i'm just thinking about se-adle, and those that rule.

I am unsure, but I am under the impression this is your locale?

    https://www.ncplky.org/

The main branch is 201 Cathedral Manor, Bardstown, and that number is 502/348-3714. They are curbside only for the time being but are willing to try and walk you through all over the phone. Additionally, when they are approved to reopen, you can take your computer in via set appointment for assistance, connecting it to one of their monitors, for one on one tutorial with all. Prior to closing, they had someone coming in and teaching various computing classes, which may be yet another option of interest to you upon reopening.

The photo needs to be 700 X 1000 or SIMILIAR size. If it still says it won't fit, file too large, make it the next step smaller.
Good Luck, wish I could help you more.
