My choc lab pup looks alot like this one...she was named Dixie by the previous owners, and that is my grandmother's name...I had a little problem callin my dog by my grandmother's name so i had to change it to something close...
Daisy is what she goes by now...but she don't know that yet LOL

We got our black female for Xmas two years ago. Had no idea on names until we got her home and the only toy she would play with was a Remington throw dummy. We named her REMI. My advice is pay attention to her and she will give you a name that fits her

That's a nice looking pup you've got there, Triton! I got my yellow lab female when she was 7 weeks old. She is now almost 8 months old and is doing great. I named her Sundance... after one of my favorite western movies. I had a black lab female that was my first dog and she resembles Sadie a lot. Many great memories with that dog growing up. You and your son and the entire family will greatly enjoy that dog. Just make sure she has plenty of bones and other comparable things to chew on.
