Anybody ever seen anything like this on a deer before? Doesn’t look like ticks to me. Almost looks like some type of disease or something. What’s your alls thoughts?

Warts. I took a kid hunting and he killed a small buck with some on him. Didn’t affect the taste at all. Like they said, harmless.

We see it on here every year. My buddies and I saw it at our farm many moons ago. I think it can potentially be fatal when it obstructs vision, eating, or breathing. It’s disgusting….but the virus is apparently only skin deep.
