Exactly! It will take someone who is somewhat known or popular to run as a Republican to have a chance to win. Sad to say, but just a conservative Republican career politician is not going to win. None of those other 16 candidates in 2016 would have beaten Hillary if they’d gotten the nod over Trump.
I agree totally but herein lies the problem and that is why things aren’t going to change. The very idea of only a Democrat or Republican can win is an issue because nowadays Dems and Repubs are exactly what the establishment tells them to be.
So, we don't need a patriot party, as it would completely eliminate the chance for a non-democratic president......
Well ... if that's the case ... maybe somebody will get some pictures of Biden fondling little girls or find out that Harris played for pay to rise in the hierarchy or that the Democrats support Marxist Revolutionaries, gun control, abortions and any kind of sexual perversion or are trying to revise the history of this country or accept money from foreign countries in return for unspecified favors .... and maybe that will cause a bunch of voters to switch? What's that ... ?? Oh .... never mind .....
Agree, but just don’t think a Republican has a shot, not anymore. Heck let’s face the facts a lot of people didn’t give him a chance in 2016.
I totally expect a Republican to win in 2024. Biden is going to be a disaster, there is zero doubt about that. The moderates that voted for him are going to come back to the right in 2024.
I think Biden is gonna cause a mess and get impeached ( which they will allow ) Kamala takes over but does t fix a thing and we get 2024 IMO
I hope you’re right but I’ve also heard many Democrats/libs say, “I don’t even care if there was fraud in the election as long as Trump isn’t president.” Just tells they will pull that Dem lever regardless. Look at the news and media they’ll spin every horrible move or flop decision to a Dem positive and blame it on Trumps 4 years. It’s not even about doing a good job in office anymore.

Probably not. But someone who is not just a career politician and is popular and known will need to rise up. Otherwise, I just can’t see a Republican winning and this was something I said after the Bush presidency. Trump won because he seemed different and was popular beyond the realm of politics. It will need to be a person with similar credentials.
