I have 1 beagle that is not fond of raw meat too. The others love it
i took the loin from the tail, to the ears near about. i never did anything special with it to cook it. its not the sweet meat, but it is, the 2nd choice meat IMO. i could be wrong. durn wont, be the 1st time..
the winter fat that is white, maybe chunky, is the one the taste bad. come to think of it, it smells an taste good, but, its the after-taste, or the coating, that you cant get rid of, out of you mouth.
some cooking oils are like this to me.
