    Probably in the kitchen Ky
    It did take some damage but id be willing to try it. Is a damaged deer heart still edible?

    Yes if you cut around the damaged area pretty good.

    Not sure I can compare it but it's good to me. Not quite like organ meat but it's "thick".

    All I can think about is all the livers my parents made me eat as a kid. Never again...

    Like others have said just trim around bad parts. I did one Sunday night on the charcoal!
