Deer Heart

    It did take some damage but id be willing to try it. Is a damaged deer heart still edible?

    Yes if you cut around the damaged area pretty good.
    What type of bullet?

    Not sure I can compare it but it's good to me. Not quite like organ meat but it's "thick".

    Like others have said just trim around bad parts. I did one Sunday night on the charcoal!
