harrodsburg, ky, USA.
Birmingham, AL is on our list of places we'd like to explore. Also the mountains of Northern Georgia but they'd probably be pretty chilly right now. Anywhere on the Gulf Coast for seafood - perhaps around Mobile. New Orleans is neat but not sure I'd want to camp near there. It's ROUGH. We also want to spend more time in Texas eventually. For a shorter trial run, maybe the Gatlinburg area? Or Nashville? There's a nice state park not far West of Nashville - think the name was Alexander Bell State Park. We used to stay there when the kids had soccer tourneys.
Thanks, good advice! You know what im looking for, warmer weather !

If you are thinking about New Orleans, this is something I think you'd really enjoy....

I

honestly never, wanted to go to New Orleans, or any city of any size. I do like food though ! Thanks for the suggestion !

It's an awesome celebration right in the heart of Cajun country. The people, the music, the scenery, and especially the food - all so good and so memorable!

The tour of the Tabasco plant at New Iberia really exceeded expectations too. Did you know that Tabasco is aged in bourbon barrels?

Lafayette, Louisiana has better food than New Orleans, with all the Cajun, Creole culture you want for at least a 1/4 of the price. Its a really fun place to visit without breaking the budget
