Broke out the two piece Panther last night. My results were as bad as expected! Ha! Nevertheless, gonna keep launching until it gets here!

Slipped out Monday and checked on some stands, moved a few, took some down, and set one new. Somebody’s gotta do it!

Seems to have grown up a little since last season...

I was thinking of doing the same tomorrow. I'm hoping the foliage is maxed out. If we trim lanes now, it shouldn't progress between now and September enough to interfere I hope.

Stands may be ready before my hunting bow for the upcoming season! I always build a new bow for a new season but this one isn’t even born yet, still in the early stages of conception, going little crazy this year. Here is the just a little early peep..

Working on stands here too. Got three lock-on type stands with rotten material for seats. Got some type of nylon netting given to me and it seems to be the trick for seat replacement. This stuff won't hold water. Rain will go right through it and not soak your rear the next time you sit on it! Or that's the plan anyway..........

I carry a small seat in my backpack and use it on all stands, but all mine have good mesh bottoms, don’t like to leave seats in tree. I also like to replace cables with chains.

If this rains continues tomorrow, I'm going to spend a day in the garage on tree stand maintenance! I hope to get the rest of my seats repaired.
