coons tearing up my deer feeders

    We take used motor oil & grease the legs of the feeders. Racoons slide off when they try to climb them. It's funny to watch! Usually only have to grease them once a year or so. Now deer that have learned to stand up & knock the feeder are another problem... Had a buck take a partially full feeder down & flat out destroy it a few months ago.

    I SECOND OR THIRD THIS..
    You have that many you wont have any turkey or anything else that nests close to the ground.
    A big boar will even kill a fawn..

    Didn't realize this thread was so old..lol

    I just realized in my original post, I spelled license wrong.......just goes to show you, once it's on the interweb, it's there forever:D
