where about in Henry if it’s not out of your way right it down thank you
Hate to hear that op. It happens and that’s how life goes most of the time. But I’ve found that when one door closes, another will open. It’s up to us to find that door. I’ve also found that there are still folks out there who will give you permission to hunt.
I know that feeling well, lost 300 acres of deer paradise, hunted it 8 years or so, better to love once than never loved at all, I haven’t hunted much sense then, used to hunt it 3/4 days a week in my 20s and 30s
I will make sure we hunt this year
For some reason I've thought about this over and over today and the audacity of anyone pm'ing you about location, deer size, etc and trying to swoop in like damn vultures and trying to capitalize on your loss is beyond pathetic. Absolutely piss poor display of low grade human behavior. I admire your ability to remain calm, I would have checked my cool at the door.
Got Google maps?
you I’ll take a look
I understand. I've lost every good place that I've ever hunted. Hunting is all about the almighty dollar. I do cherish the memories and like seeing the pics of what I call the "old-timey" deer camps.
I just fish now, nobody has enough cash to buy or lease Kentucky Lake, and crappie taste better than deer anyway.
It’s a little ridiculous, myself I would never be that person. I’m just going to enjoy the moment and hunt on.
Part of the old Bob Batts farm out on Vance. Hedge apple hollow. Has that name for a reason!
Lot of deer there. The lake probably needs cleaning. You got any idea what they're asking for it.
I envy your cool-headedness
You're just a good old country boy.
Country boy can survive right buddy lol
No, but I'm going to say "too much". Since the Amish started paying $5000 an acre here, everyone thinks they have a gold mine on their property.
