Yep, where they can revive Nimrod again and his Babylon. I think it’s interesting that in Revelation John is told that no one under the earth could redeem creation back, as if someone from the past would be a candidate in the future. Satan is all in and going for it but Paul tells us that he that hinders will continue to hinder UNTIL he be taken out of the way, then all hell can break loose. Crazy times.
