Chorizo, anyone make their own?

    My family loves chorizo. Other than the real stuff we had in Mexico, we get the commercial brands; "Old Folks", "Hatfield" and "Cacique". If you make your own, what's your recipe?

    I don't make it but chorizo is definitely the best meat for queso in my opinion. Carry on.

    Mexican place by work has an outstanding chorizo y huevos lunch for $5. And it's enough to stuff you

    Can't stand Mexican chorizo. My family is from Spain and my grandfathers recipe is what we use. Totally different taste then Mexican

    I make Charisse from Portugal made with chunks of pork I also use venison same spices delicious like it much better than chorizo
