I challenge all members to sponsor one camper...........sponsor a camper and help introduce a youngster to the outdoors.
not a lot of money when you figure what we spend on turkey loads, high dollar ammo these days and all the money spent on corn to feed "your" deer. i sponsored 4 youngsters this morning. have at it guys and gals, help a kid out.

It varies. You can click more info to the right of their description for specifics, but it varies.

You can also make a cash contribution if you're not comfortable or capable.

Good way to spend some of that stimulus money for those getting checks.

I didnt check all the kids but what I did see was $75-$200. My two boys and wife picked out the kids we sponsored. I've had my boys do this the past several years, they enjoy reading about the kids and picking them.

Learned how to pitch quarters and play poker when I went to Earl Wallace years and years ago, as well as the standard outdoor activities of course. Ate a sweet pickle for the first time that week there too. Funny how things stick out in your mind even nearly 30 years later.

    Hey Wildcatfan
Thanks for putting up the challenge and this link. Going to try to help two local young ladies out. Giving the young ones an opportunity to get started in the outdoors is a great gift. Is this program anonymous? Just wanted to know if the kids get a chance to send a letter or card to the sponsor letting them know how much they enjoyed the experience to go to camp.

I don't remember receiving any acknowledgement from the campers in the past.
