Folks in our mens church group, heat went out in house. He and his wife are staying in their camper. I don’t know how they do economy wise but it seems like the raised platform would take a lot to heat with air blowing under and over.

Four season campers are pretty well insulated, our 2020 Coleman started comfy in sub zero.

I've spent many a cold deer season in a Dutchman 5th wheel camper. Even with the heat turned all the way up, you never get warm.... The floor is freezing and you feel it every time the wind blows.

Never “camped” in anything like this. I got an old 65 Apache pop up that is basically mounted to a trailer. It’s a tent on wheels. I post a pic or two back in the day. Have slept with temps right around freezing with a couple of those little single propane burners going. It was cold enough!
