Buck or Doe?

Almost completely overlooked this oddball. It’s an interesting looking critter. Can’t decide what it is. Only photo I got and can’t find any others looking back.

I saw a buck like that for 2 or 3 years. He never shed his velvet and one of his antlers would swing when he walked. It happened multiple years.

I saw another young buck last year where he had a goofy eye guard main beam that went straight down over his eye. This one was hard antler.

That is antler growth on doe she is sterile and won't produce. She has Gene from male[hence growth] ans female....show picture to our Texas deer biologist who seen this before.
