Grouseassassin's house and garage are already flooded. Expecting the river to rise 3-4 more feet. This is terrible.

They expect the river to crest at 39' at Jackson. Last time it hit 39' was 1946. Quick look at historical data and the highest I saw in last 10 years was 32'

I seen a house at mouth my holler and water over the bottom section of the house. I was out last night around 12am putting sheets of ten up to try and keep it from coming in the yard. We got lucky but it’s a disaster zone down stream.

Drove Natcher this morning. The gaspar river is up close to the road. If we get anymore rain, it will be over the parkway.

Glad to hear you’re ok Mudd. Lots of flooding here in Johnson County. Roads covered, court house flooded, Paintsville is flooding, it’s bad. Here’s my backyard.

They need to put these dead beat dads ,prisoners ,and these able body men ,laying around getting took care of by the state, cleaning the creek banks ,like they did for a while in the seventies I think. They also need to start fining these people ,that throw all their garbage in the creeks , to wash down on other people.Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I’m in Floyd. We can’t get out. Whole communities look like lakes right now. Roads gone, it’s real bad. I haven’t seen it like this in a long , long time.

Man that is terrible. Grayson Lake marina is half under water too. The road to camp webb is a lake. We went to Ashland yesterday and came home 3 hrs later and the lake had climbed 8' in that time. It rained all day and all night and stopped here around 6am. We got 6" on the mountain! Be safe y'all!

It looks like you guys got hammered hard! We got some localized flooding in low line areas but nothing like you guys!
Praying it doesn't take any lives and damage is minimal.
