This is a big laugh & joke!! They can't even control illegal drugs in our country, so what do they do(?) They legalize hard drugs in several states, while they take away our 2nd amendment right. Only Criminals will have guns & ammo, while us the law abiding get punished. Notice that the author of this bill a Democrat from Georgia.
From what I read this Bill died in Congress due to not receiving a vote. Doesn't mean they won't try again but this one seems done for now.
Man!! I hope you're correct, and it died. Just think what such a bill could do to a portion of our economy State & Federal. Our Department of Fish & Game would lose lots of funding, from the sell of licenses & tags, money that is used to proper manage wildlife statewide. This bill would also place the last "coffin-nail" in sporting goods businesses that specialize in firearms and firearm related products, they will be G-O-N-E for ever.
Why I would just like to sit in front of all the idiots that come up with these laws and have a debate on the subject to see where they think any laws for the legal law abiding folks helps gun violence , ok I’m not allowed to have an AR , or to big of mag and pay twice as much for a gun or ammo ok now are the shootings in Chicago and other cities gonna stop ???
When is everyone going to figure out that “ our” rationality does not mean one damn thing to the brainwashed pavilion of idiots who can’t understand simple cause and effect. It was "retired" but the 2021 Congress can bring it back up with enough votes to move it and even change part or all the bill.
IMO the biggest threat to 2nd Amendment is this new domestic extremist bullshit. Guarantee plenty of rinos chomping at the bit to vote for patriot act 2.0.
Regardless whether or not this Gun & Ammo proposed law is old or new; it signals an end of our constitution as written by our founding fathers. Currently we're seeing our first amendment right being violated by the Left, so it's a matter of time when they will start on the rest of our Bill of Rights.
