DITTO !! :eagerness:
roast the breast, slice it and make a hot brown out of it
Good idea. Use Country ham on it too.
Time for a mulligan. Just got another bird.
Agreed. We cook the legs , thighs and wings in a crockpot then shred and make bbq or put in gravy over mashed potatoes. Usually wrap the breast in bacon and grill but just did one in the crockpot and it turn out great. The BBQ by the way is Wing Ding tested and approved.
I cut the breast up in small 1" pieces marinate in Italian dressing then skewer with veggies of my liking and grill! Wild turkey kabobs try them!
I like to slice the breast fairly thin and pound flat. Then season with saly and pepper, roll in seasoned bread crumbs and lightly brown in olive oil. Then layer in a baking dish with a good marinara sauce and tol with mozzarella cheese. Pop it in the oven covered in foil for about 20-30 minutes at 350 and, uincover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve over your favorite pasta.
