Got 1000+ acres going up for auction in southern Muhlenberg in good deer area. If your pockets are deep enough I can give you more information.

Shelbys harvest is like 2800+ deer 2018 season. And like 2100+ so far this year. Id say not many are being left to walk..

id say that harvest is 60/40 does as that's all I ever see in the back of trucks.

the county has the deer prob top 5 in the state as farm as population is concerned.

Western Kentucky, everything down here is bigger. The sunset is freaking Florida like, the crappie are known to stretch a line, the shellcrackers are the size of pie plates, what's not to like!

I'm not kidding about any of those things. I'm from Clark county, over in Jeffersonville, Ind. I moved down here for the fishing on Barkley lake. The sunset down here is jaw dropping.

Probably Lewis Co if I’m getting land strictly for deer. Property there is so much cheaper than western Kentucky and the number of big deer killed there rival almost anywhere in the country.

It would have to to take almost 3k a year.
Buck 52% Doe 47% so far this year.
    Almost exactly 50/50 last year.
51-49 in 2017. Bucks high. Thats 3,890 bucks the last 3 seasons. Telechecked anyway.

Normal ratio. Low human population high ag land county.
