I like beef, especially steak. I like it grilled on a gas grill, pan fried, or grilled over charcoal. I love chops fixed over an open wood fire, the taste is amazing. Anybody every fix a steak at home over a wood fire?

I once ate at a restaurant in Knoxville that had wood fires going and let you cook your steak yourself over the fires. That was 10+ years ago though, so I don't know if it's still in business.

That’s the only way I will fix backstraps is over an open fire. We prefer our beef that way too but the grill works in a time crunch. FC8970C5-3440-4D18-A01B-AB7C0FFC5175.jpeg
