Bear Archery Species RTH?

I have been looking at this bow a little bit. Anyone have one or opinions on one. I'm wanting to build a house next year so don't want to drop a ton of money on a bow so I have been looking into a more budget friendly option. Or if someone has a recommendation of another bow I'm open to others. I would like to stay with a single cam.

It'll do just fine.
I killed a deer with my son's Genesis (30#) last winter, just to prove a NASP teacher wrong lol.
They don't make a bad bow these days.

I would like to keep it close to $400 or so.

I haven't shot the species, but it seems to be a good option.

One option that I would consider is a Mathews switchback or drenlin. You can pick one up for about $250 and get used sights, quivers, rest for about 100-125. If you ever want to get a new bow, you can sale the Mathews for what you got in it.
