For breakfast, I shaved a piece of leftover grilled backstrap and made omelets. (We buy boxes of little single serve containers of guacamole at Costco and use them on stuff like this.)
Then for lunch, I fixed something I had a hankering for seeing that Father's Day is coming up and it was one of my dad's favorite meals. Grilled some polish sausage and fried up a big nof taters & onions. Dad would have loved it & gone back for seconds!
