Barney doesn’t really get into this but it’s important to know. Slide the balls into olive oiled ziplocks like Barney suggested. I weigh the entire amount of dough and divide by 4 according to equal weights or in today’s case, 3.

Next time I double the chocolate cobbler recipe I won’t double the coffee lol. It was delicious but a tad soupy. The pastry was cooked to perfection and it was delicious.

Did you use regular coca or the high test premium dark cocoa?

Sunday afternoon Cajun smoked chicken salad fixin to happen !

Buck.29 sirloin chops from Savealot smoked with applewood then glazed with teriyaki and brown sugar about 30 minutes before pulling em off the smoker. Served with Italian rice, BBQ beans, boiled taters and croissants.

I had deeper dish pizza again last two days, no pictures. Dividing the dough 3 ways instead of 4 in 12” cast iron skillet is the ticket!
