Yep, Gold Medal brand. I watched a few of the pros and notice they use a mix of bread and 00 flour for not as chewy a dough as bread flour alone but don’t hold me to that. Are you using bread flour for your crusts?

That cobbler looks amazing and had me wanting to try it until you said the coffee part. There only 3 things I know of that I don't and can't eat that's bologna , Mac and cheese, and coffee. Ya reckon it would come out good if I used hot chocolate in place of the coffeeGet some of this first.

The batter:
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 T cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter melted
1/2 cup whole milk (I used half and half)
1 tsp vanilla
Mix dry ingredients, then add the butter and wet ingredients stirring together. The batter should be fairly heavy.
The topping:
3/4 cup dark brown sugar lightly packed
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups hot black coffee
Mix the dry ingredients
Spread the batter in a greased 1 quart casserole dish. Then sprinkle the dry topping evenly over the batter. Gently pour the hot black coffee over the top. Then into a preheated 350° oven for 40-45 minutes. The middle should still be a little jiggly when it's done. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
I doubled the recipe for today's dinner, and it wasn't enough to go around. Guess I'll be using a Dutch oven next time.

You really don't taste the coffee, it puts the syrup at a nother level. Hot water will work to if you don't want to use coffee. That cobbler looks amazing and had me wanting to try it until you said the coffee part.
