It turned out pretty good. Might need more different veggies. Seemed like needed another seasoning or something. Used evoo didn’t have sesame oil (which would have given it a more nutty flavor).

I like several. Not sure about a favorite. Probably good old tobasco. I’ll give props to a good one, Old Bay. A lot of people know about the spices you use in a boil but the hot sauce is pretty darn good too.

Cut a napa cabbage for dinner today.

Cabbage was fried in bacon grease and when it was half done I pitched in a handful of little smokies. Had some extra sharp white cheddar sticks, and buttermilk cornbread made from Gourdseed cornmeal to go along with it.

My Thermopro went crazy last year checking some hot apple jelly. I ordered a cheaper brand and haven't had any problems so far.
