Yep, I think that's it! Fits in a half sheet pan.

I found out it takes about 8oz of dough for a foot long sub roll after I got my mold last year. So I upped my sub roll recipe by one cup of flour, other ingredients proportionately. I now get 5 rolls around 10oz each. Nice and fat!

Farm raised retail venison. New one for me.

Is the venison sourced from the US or from New Zealand? I think there is a lot of it imported according to a friend in the meat business.
