Made amaranth porridge. That stuff sucks. It was like eating a bowl of sadness. Thank God it’s filling. I’m too cheap to waste it and I know from years of being single, food does in fact not have to taste good to eat it.
Popped some amaranth, threw in some salt. It’s like baby popcorn. Delicious. When you want to eat a light snack but you also want to eat 10,000 of something.
