We decided to do something a little different with some of the deer burger from my last kill. We ended up doing 50# of bratwurst last night. Try to get them smoked this evening.

It definitely does, I mistakenly told someone the other day that it would hook to the 1 hp grinder. I somehow had it hooked up testing it but under load it will not hook up. Regardless it still worked fantastic.

Little bean soup out of a thanksgiving hambone. 1rst 2 Pics were before it cooked down. I cooked on the stove stop when i was at home and awake and in the oven sous vide at 150 when i was asleep or away for a period of time. ***Ill add another pic when i have another bowl. (Last 2pics)
Been farting all weekend. Added a diced fresh onion to my bowl. So good.

Marked down chicken thighs for dinner today. With Pontiac mash, Fortex beans, freezer corn, Mac and cheese and a biscuit.
Darn it Barney, I haven't had supper yet and that makes it worse because that looks sooooo good. I would about pay someone to teach my wife to cook chicken like that.
She keeps buying skinless chicken tenders and I tell her we need chicken with the skin on and Crisco.
