Got three myself this am. Care to share your cooking method?
I cooked those squirrels in a pressure cooker with about a cup or so of water just until the meat was fork tender- probably 15 minutes. Then removed the meat and added a blonde roux and milk to the remaining cooking liquid. Once the gravy had thickened a little I added the squirrels back to the pot and simmered for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Good looking breakfast and a nice looking Feist as well. That is as fresh as ya can possibly get it. Knowing them eggs came from your chickens and the taters from ya garden. Probably everything else as well. Man that's hard to beat
