Have yet to decide but probably some spicy chili, with cooler weather in route. That's an onion center stage at the moment. Going to make tacos or something quick here shortly out of some of it, though...

Supper tonight. Grits, eggs, bacon from our hog, rich folk gravy and biscuits.
I get the boxes with bags of powdered gravy mix at Sam's Club.We always had coffee, grease and flour or just water, grease and flour growing up.
The first time I saw white gravy I thought they forgot to cook it.

Been cooking baked beans all night for a church group today. Got about a lb of hog jowl in there. Peppers, more peppers, couple more peppers and onion. Hope they like it hot.
