Oh. Forgot to mention a black bear wrecked the grill at 3 am after we cooked those steaks on it. And there had been a good deal of grill cleaning and grease trap cleaning done post -grilling as we know there is a young bear that has been a problem there at the host’s mountain cabin. little Fella was persistent. This grill was a replacement for the one he wrecked two weeks ago. View attachment 103708

I've been threatening to rock a buffalo coat just like that. It got started when I first saw the movie, Legends of The Fall.

Nock makes me want to buy 2” thick ribeyes for me, him and his entire family just for a shot at eating a spread at his place ha! Guaranteed he can throw you out a dandy. Maybe leave with a pound of good homespun honey.....

Doesn't get a whole lot cheaper than this..... Fresh redear from the lake, squash fritters using squash fresh from the garden, and home-canned turnip greens from the garden a few years ago.

All it needed was a big slice of fresh tomato to make it darned near perfect.....

Have I mentioned that I love fishing even though I have no clue what the heck I'm doing???????
